After a long 6 weeks of not lifting due to my hernia surgery, I was able to start lifting again yesterday. Now time to gain back the 20 pounds I lost and get in the best shape of my life. 💪🏼👍

Had a bad day yesterday. Filled with self doubt and inadequacy. This is as much (if not more) of a mental game as it is physical. Demands are high. But today is a new day and I'm one step closer to reaching my goals! Feeling tighter and more lean little by little. It's crunch time now! 6 weeks 2 days to go. Got this tank in the mail to help motivate me! Thanks and for this awesome tank! And a special thanks to my amazing boyfriend trainer and coach Ross Lenz for convincing me to keep up the grind and stick with it !
