Please join my dear colleagues, Bob Gillespie and Heather Sorensen, and me this June for a 5‑day silent mindfulness retreat. This retreat is ideal for those who have taken a mindfulness class or have a foundation in meditation practice. We’ll share practices from Mindfulness -Based Stress Reduction as well as compassion, and loving‑kindness. 💖
