MISSION: The mission of the Berkeley Aquatic Club is to develop student-athletes who are a credit to society. HOT OFF THE PRESS!!!
Had a lot of BAC swimmers at Meet of Champions this week including the following:

Aari Velayudham, 4th place in 11-12 50 Fly, 5th place in 11-12 50 Back, and 4th in 12 & Under 100 Medley Relay

Reya Rajan, 16th place in 11-12 50 Fly, and 5th place in 12 & Under 100 Free Relay

Yuma Huang, 14th place in 11-12 50 Free

Zavi Alam, 6th place in 12 & Under 100 Free Relay

Aashi Dave, 7th place in 8 & Under 25 Breast and 12th place in 8 & Under 100 Free Relay

Ana Yartey, 7th place in 8 & Under 25 Back

Tommy Gonnella, 8th place in 8 & Under 25 Free, 10th place in 8 & Under 25 Back, and 12th place in 8 & Under 100 Free Relay
8 swimmers at the meet is very solid, as it's hard to qualify for. You have to be Top 16 in your event from 20 different towns.
