Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center and Baptist Hospital.

Do you know someone who would benefit from learning what to do if they fall and can’t easily get back up?

Led by West Hammond, our Director of Physical Therapy, this workshop is designed to teach practical, safe techniques for getting up from the ground after a fall, and it’s FREE and open to the entire community!

Wednesdays: September 16, 23 & 30 from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

Come to one session or join us for all three!

This could be incredibly helpful for a parent, grandparent, neighbor, friend, or anyone who wants to feel more confident and prepared. Please share this with someone who could benefit!
