Building a championship culture starts with the right staff⚔️

Our coaching staff is dedicated to building champions on and off the track, and we aren’t done yet!! We are still actively recruiting for the Class of 2026 and officially getting a head start on the Class of 2027!

Want to hear what Trojan Track & Field is all about? The staff will be out in full force at the SDHSAA State Championships from Thursday to Saturday. If you’re competing or in the stands, come stop by, say hi, and let’s talk about your future.

Congrats to Coach Marie Sample ’99!

Marie was a decorated cross country and track & field athlete during her time at Dakota State University, highlighted by accomplishments including Female Athlete of the Year, All-American, All-Conference honors, and recognition as a DSU Outstanding Alumna. Marie is a true example of Trojan Pride and the commitment, dedication, and leadership it takes to succeed both on and off the course.
