🛑PSA! The worst thing to do is to DO NOTHING whether Prego, not Prego. Sitting will age your body to look & function like an old crippled lady. You will have aches & all kinds of pains & sickness/disease if you don’t start moving while you can still get around. 💯

A study in the International Journal of Adolescent Medicine and Health assessed the basic nutrition and health knowledge of medical school graduates entering a pediatric residency program and found that they were able to correctly answer an average of just 52 percent of the eighteen questions. In short, most doctors would fail a basic nutrition exam because they simply don’t have the necessary training in this field.

It’s ironic that nutrition is such a low priority for mainstream medicine, since almost all of the chronic health problems we face as a world today are preventable, reversible, improvable, manageable, or overcome-able naturally, why would we settle for anything less? Just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s normal. Chronic inflammatory health problems and a growing prescription list are certainly ubiquitous, but they are certainly not normal.

Did you know that doing tons of crunches before, during, & after pregnancy can work against you whether you want to have kids or not.

➡️If your “6-pack” muscles are so tight and shortened, they can’t stretch to accommodate your growing uterus, so they’re forced to split to a greater degree … which leads to a more severe diastasis recti.
❤️Focus on your the deepest layer of abdominals (transverse muscle).
