Milestone Monday 💫 From completing 50 classes all the way to 100, our ROKstar members have been showing up for themselves! Big congratulations are in order for this amazing group of women! 🙌

We’re making changes to our schedule effective November 1! ⏰ The holiday season always gets busier, and our goal in adjusting our schedule is to offer more times to ROK at our most popular time slots.

⭐️ No 7am classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Instead, a 5am class has been added on Friday mornings.

⭐️ The Wednesday 8:30/9:30am classes have shifted to become a Wednesday 11:30am slot.
