I really enjoyed and appreciated this opportunity!! Over 80 young men focused in to learn how to ROLL with their performances and get better from every moment.

Thanks to former OHS goalkeeper Jameson Kronser for coming to teach our players about sports development and improvement through growth mindset with his company IDEAL Performance today!

We were very fortunate to work with so many amazing athletes at ! We provided performance journals for the goalkeepers to use throughout the week and had many great mental performance conversations throughout the week as well. The whole week was primed by a great talk delivered by on performing in the moment! Keep your eyes out for some video testimonials from a few of our college athletes who were working camp!

I'm motivated to do a fully weighted unsupported this memorial day. To prepare, I planned to do one every monday

But I'm Disciplined to wake up at 430am (thanks ) with my 7 month old and use him as the weight instead of an excuse not to do the work this week!
