🥋 August 2026 Belt Test!

A Belt Test is about so much more than demonstrating techniques. It’s the result of months of dedication, discipline, consistency, and learning on the mats.

Each student made it this far by facing their own challenges, learning from their mistakes, and showing growth with every training session.

Today, we celebrate not only the new belts, but most importantly, the entire journey it took to earn them. ❤️💙

🇺🇸 Labor Day Schedule Update!

Our gym will be closed this Saturday, September 5th, and Monday, September 7th, in celebration of Labor Day.

Behind a simple game, there are so many skills being developed! 🥋

This activity helps our kids develop motor skills, reaction speed, focus, concentration, and agility, all while learning to listen to instructions, manage their emotions, and have fun with their teammates.

In Jiu-Jitsu, learning also means playing, experimenting, and challenging yourself. ❤️💙

Jiu-Jitsu is one of the best ways to get your little one moving! 🥋❤️

At Gracie Barra Madison, we offer classes for children as young as 3 years old. Here, the focus isn’t on “fighting,” but on learning through movement, games, and age-appropriate activities designed for each stage of development.

While having fun, your child develops motor skills, balance, focus, discipline, confidence, and social skills in a safe environment supervised by our instructors and coaches.
