Book Review of Operation Dog-Tags for PTSD- How to use Health, Fitness, Sports, and hobbies to address PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). Operation DOG-TAGS is a holistic treatment for our Military & First Responders dealing with trauma.

This contains a book review of my book entitled- Operation DOG-TAGS to help those to deal with traumatic experiences in their line of work whether in defense or our first responders. How at 67 I'm able to Model ACE Sportswear- I'm able to model my ACE Sporty Cockpit Apparel by following a special DIET & FITNESS Program. The DIET is based on WHAT/WHEN I eat and FITNESS is based on my CASTER focusing on Strength Training

Just modeling over the age of 40 is very difficult enough; but over 65 is challenging if you don't keep in shape and have an age-defying diet and fitness program. This gives me the ability to model with models in their late 20's and mid-30's.

Guys and gals, it isn't the gray hair that you have to be concerned about, matter of fact, that can actually work for you being mature and having confidence. Even the gray hair even in the Bible is evidence of wisdom. But it is the waistline and age of your skin that is critical even if you don't model

Rewarding Your Achievement and Success- Effective Diet/Fitness Program must have Rewards just as it does Metrics Incentives (i.e. ). 95% of my Diet is based on WHAT (DAC ≤ 3.25) except for one Item ≤ 5.75 & WHEN I eat (9am-6pm).

By this time, if you've made two of the most popular New Year's Resolutions, to lose weight and to get into better shape, you are approaching the first quarter of your efforts, the end of January. This is the time not to quit on these two important health resolutions, but to either celebrate your achievement or to make the necessary adjustments.

At age of 66, I have achieved something that might be considered difficult to achieve. That is to drop weight (52- Lbs), inches (over 9- inches in my waist), and drop about 30- years off the age of my skin:

A DIET that Provides Results of a Wonder Drug- Wall Street Journal on January 13th, 2024 had an Article by Bradley Olson on a Wonder Drug. This was about the Drug Mounjaro to Treat Type-2 Diabetes/Obesity that are at Epidemic Levels in US

Charles Barkley, one of my favorite basketball commentator, has lost about 60 Lbs, down from 352 Lbs in 6 months using the diabetic drug Mounjaro. Another drug that is in the news for weight loss is Ozempic and Wegovy that are generic name for Tirzepatide.

Healthy Diet and Fitness is Still Your Best Option to Lose Weight
I have maintained a healthy diet and fitness program where I don't have to take prescribed medications, because every medication has certain known side effects. The same with Tirzepatide that has such side effects as nausea, vomiting, stomach issues, and diarrhea, just to name a few side effects.

E-Vehicles in Extreme Weather Conditions- 40% Inefficiencies of E-Vehicle in Extreme COLD Weather is Limited by inability to Charge or Jump. You just can't pop the hood on your EV and get a set of jumper cables that jumpstart your Vehicle.

I had over 5- Decades of driving in the Ozarks near Nixa, Missouri where winters are tough on 12 Volt batter in my truck and Jeep that I used to go to school, work, and work on the farm. It wasn't uncommon to have record low temperatures below 0 and record snowfall up to 24- inches.

I have had to jumpstart my tractor, Jeep, and truck on numerous of occasions out on the farm, highways, and backroads. If you didn't have the option to jumpstart your internal combustible engine, you would have a long hike ahead of you to the nearest landline phone to call to have a jump. Jumper cables were a must with every vehicle out on the farm.
