Sweat and Shoulders.... Cable Side Raises. Seated Overhead Press. Front Raises. Rear Deltoid Rows with a pulse. Video is sped up, but I focused on slightly lower weight and hypertrophy. If you want to gain size, and definition, hypertrophy is the way to go. The more time under tension, means more neuropath ways and blood flow. It's so much more then doing the exercise. It's about making the MIND-BODY connection. Just going through the motions isn't enough.
