โœ… Start with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out.
โœ… Keep your chest proud and core engaged.
โœ… Push your hips back as you lower the weight between your legs.
โœ… Drive through your heels to stand tall, squeezing your glutes at the top.
โœ… Keep the weight close to your body throughout the movement.

Battle ropes look simple, but proper form makes all the difference! Today, Sam is breaking down both alternating slams and regular slams so you can get the most out of every rep.

โœ… Athletic stance: feet shoulder-width apart
โœ… Soft bend in the knees
โœ… Strong core engagement
โœ… Keep your chest up and shoulders down
โœ… Generate power from your entire body, not just your arms

For alternating slams, focus on rhythm and control. For regular slams, drive both ropes down with power and intention!

Remember: Good form = better results, more power, and reduced risk of injury.
