So ready to share this class with everyone! This Saturday's Zumba Fitness class is for everyone! All levels, ages, abilities, sizes and shapes and cares in the world. Join us at Glacier Edge Elementary on Saturday night, 5:30-7pm for only $15 if you send me your money before Saturday.

Zumba Instructors will be there, yes, but this is open to ALL and you don't want to miss Caressa James, all the way from Pennsylvania, and gorgeous goddess sidekick Kayla Freudig, Michele'Le Olatunde from Missouri, Charease Chatman Lyons from Kenosha and Karen Tillis from Caledonia.

Let me tell you a story about my friend

Caressa was the first Jammer friend I told I was invited to train as a ZJ. She was the first ZJ to offer to co-jam with me. *There was essentially a three-way tie within days of each other, so I hope my favorite ZJ’s turned friends don’t come for me. *

Each year, right around the same time I was feeling a sense of defeat after never quite making it far enough in the Zumba Next Rising Presenter process, a Jam or a visit with Caressa and her big hugs and kind words and freeing moves have always been one of my safe spaces.

We’ve flown out East. We’ve surprised her for a 48 hour vacation. We’ve had matching jackets, matching shirts, matching red lipstick each time. With Caressa is always our Kayla, a word who is both friend and adjective because of how she shows up for others. Some friends you match and fly and plan for. Friends just like these.

And in less than a week they will both be here. HERE. And dancing and laughing again in this whole crew will be reunion and union, therapy and think tank, all in one.
