It certainly impacted mine positively- I was suffering from chronic illness and pain when I started training following the MovNat methodology. nks. I loved how progressive the system was to meet me where I was at while still being challenging and super fun. Natural Movement is kind of like if Parkour, Strongman and a kid playing on a playground had a movement baby. There is everything from crawling to climbing up and over tree branches efficiently. It's a movement system with a huge scope of skills, which makes it super engaging. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a MovNat L3 Certified Trainer. I am a certified Parkour Silver Coach, and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am also a wife, mom, and outdoor adventurer.
