What an incredi day for the future of Lancer Girls Basketball! 💛🏀

A huge THANK YOU to Sveumedia and the Wisconsin Women's Basketball team for making our Lancer Girls Youth Skills Session so memorable. Thank you, Sveumedia, for capturing the day through your interviews and video, helping showcase the excitement and growth of our program. And thank you to the Badgers for leading an outstanding skills and drills session that inspired every young athlete in the gym.

Seeing 51 young girls learning, competing, and having fun together was truly special.

A special thank you to the Lussier Family East YMCA for hosting us and for being such an incredible community partner. Shoutout to Coach Lynelle, our amazing coaching staff, and our Lancer Alumni for helping organize and support another successful event.

The future is bright, and we’re just getting started!

A HUGE thank you to all of our La Follette Lancers families for trusting us with your daughters and having them participate in our Lancer Basketball Skills Session! 💙🏀

A special thank you to the Wisconsin Women's Basketball for spending time with our young athletes, leading drills, sharing their knowledge, and inspiring the next generation of players. Your impact goes far beyond basketball!

We also want to recognize our incredible partners at the Lussier Family East YMCA, our dedicated La Follette coaching staff, alumni, and volunteers who gave their time and energy to make this event a success. It truly takes a village.

Seeing 51 young ballers in the gym yesterday was an incredible feeling. Watching our Lancer family continue to grow reminds us why we do this. The future is bright, and we’re just getting started!

The LaFollette Lancers are back together for the summer, and the energy is HIGH! 🏀💛💛💛

We’re excited to welcome our incoming freshmen and begin building for the future. Summer is about more than basketball—it’s about developing team chemistry, strengthening our connections, and growing together as a family on and off the court.

Every workout, and game is an opportunity to get better, support one another, and continue building the culture that makes Lancer Basketball special.

We can’t wait to see what this group accomplishes together. The work starts now!

A huge thank you to Charles and Tasha Cook for bringing to life an idea that our LaFollette Girls Basketball team came up with to honor Becky. Seeing “LLBG – Long Live Becky Green” on the back of these shirts means more than words can express. 💛

Summer League tipped off tonight in the Dells, and the girls represented the Lancer family the right way, going 2-0 against Tomah and Mauston. Proud of the effort, energy, and teamwork from everyone, especially our incoming freshmen who stepped up and did an awesome job!

Thank you to my LaFollette Girls Basketball family for the love, support, and for thinking of such a meaningful way to keep Becky’s memory with us. Her spirit continues to travel with us every step of the way. 💛
