Attn: JCSA coaches/parents/players. Due to the forecast for high temperatures (97-98 deg) and the heat index being above 100, all games, practices, and activities at the Ruckers Sports Complex soccer fields are being cancelled for the rest of this week. The rec league games scheduled for this Thursday September 3rd will be made-up at a later date. The soccer fields will be closed to prevent them from unnecessary use, hoping to get some rain sometime over the next week. Stay safe JCSA families!!

Status of Fall league: Rosters will be getting sent out to the coaches tomorrow, Wed 8/12/26. JCSA has received a large amount of late registrations and have been busy getting those players added to the teams for the upcoming season. Coaches will be reaching out soon regarding practice dates and times. Practices can begin on Monday Aug 17th at the Ruckers Sports Complex soccer fields. Players age 3-4 years old participating in the 5U league will likely have a meet and greet or small practice with their coach the week of Aug 24th. The jamboree is still planned to occur on Saturday Aug 29th, regular season games start Monday Aug 31st. Will see everyone soon!!

The JCSA U10 Travel is conducting the first 2 practices this week from 6 to 7:30 on Monday and Wednesday. We are looking for a few additional players to join to have 2 full teams this fall travel season. If your child is interested in playing travel soccer please bring them to Wednesdays practice at the soccer fields located at the Ruckers Sports Complex. See you then! Reminder-JCSA will be holding our FINAL open registration for the 2026 JCSA Fall soccer league tomorrow, Saturday July 18th from 11am until 1pm at the Ruckers Sports Complex, our leagues are for players age 3 to 15 years old. We will also be accepting registrations for the Dreams in Motion Fall soccer league for kids with special needs. Information/forms on the upcoming LKS Memorial soccer camp to take place the last week of July (27th thru 31st) will also be available, cost is $40 and we highly recommend to any player. This Fall the leagues will be based on school grade level, so the specific birth month and year along with grade level will now be required on the forms. We will be setup at the soccer fields in the back of the complex, signs will be posted. Forms will be available at the open registration, See everyone soon!

Its almost time for the camp!! Don't miss out on your opportunity to attend a great soccer camp! JCSA is having our 9th Annual LKS Memorial soccer camp starting on Monday July 27th from 6pm until 8pm each night that week! The camp is for players age 3 to 15, each player who signs up will receive a t-shirt on the last night of the camp. Sign-up soon, the form is attached!!
