If you know someone interested in joining the team this year, share and have them fill out our interest form. Come see at us Middle School Open Houses tonight from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Discovery and Journey. We will be at Bob Jones on Thursday Open House as well.

We are excited to announce Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville will be hosting their first ACAmtb race in April. You don't want to miss this race right here in our own backyard. Lots of great places to watch the kids on the trails and enjoy nature.

Apologies for the late text and late notice…

Will Collins, State Parks trails director is up at Monte Sano this week with Greg, the guy running the equipment. He messaged me late this afternoon about needing some hands helping with some work managing smaller rocks and roots, etc. This is on the new Creek Bomb bypass and the other trail that connects Fire Tower to the lodge entrance area. It’s in that corridor of trees between the road and frisbee golf area. They’re working each day this week and can use a hand if any of you have some time and or members of your ACA teams wanna hop in!

Work clothes, hard toe shoes/boots best and for sure work gloves and ample hydration.

I plan to be up there tomorrow morning for a few hours. I’m out Wednesday for an obligation in Birmingham then back Thursday and Friday.

I’ll know more in the morning and can monitor communication here if anybody is interested.
