SwimKids of Madison Swim lessons SwimKids of Madison believes that your child deserves to have an incredible swimming experience in the safest and most fun environment possible.

We’re committed to providing swim lessons that offers experienced guidance in swim techniques as well as important information about water safety. Lessons are available for ages 3 and up
(Child MUST be potty trained)

Listed below are a few techniques we will teach during our weekly sessions. Our instructors will evaluate each swimmer on day 1 to determine their appropriate swim level.

yle Swimming
2. Submerging to the bottom to get rings or pool toys
3. Back Float
4. Back Stroke
5. Coming up for air while swimming
6. Beginner Dive
7. Treading Water
8. Distance Swimming for survival
9. Elementary Back Stroke
10. Breast Stroke
11. Water Safety
-what to do if you see someone drowning
-how to prevent a double drowning
-how to escape from a drowning victim
-treading water for survival (long periods of time)

At SwimKids of Madison, we find our high success rate is due to our 2:1 maximum student-to-teacher-ratio. This ensures that your child receives the most supervision and guidance during each lesson. Available Sessions for Summer 2023

Pricing per session:
$250 per swimmer
(We do not offer a sibling discount)
Lessons are 30 minutes per day for 5 consecutive days. Each class has a 2:1 student/instructor ratio. A deposit of $125 per swimmer must be paid in FULL upon registration to secure your spot. The remainder of your balance is due on the first day of class in CASH. Swim lessons are located at

SwimKids of Madison’s Response to COVID-19
We are monitoring and strictly adhering to all local, state and federal guidelines regarding levels of occupancy and the number of people that are allowed in gatherings. We’re using CDC recommended cleaning products to wipe the facility every 30 minutes, and making hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available. Instructors are monitoring traffic in and out of the pool area to remind people about social distancing. Your child is not required to wear a mask in the pool. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our restroom is available for emergencies only. We ask that your child use the restroom prior to their lesson. 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️We’ve had several requests this season to bring back Mermaid Training Sessions🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️

*Mermaid Training Availability*
Tuesday, July 6 •5:00 to 6:30
•6:30 to 8:00
Wednesday, July 7 •12:00 to 1:30

Mermaid Training is a 90 minute single session
$100 per mermaid
Includes a rental mermaid tail and monofin.
Limited to 5 mermaids per session.

Mermaids will learn to swim like Ariel and perform fun underwater tricks.
We will perfect the dolphin kick, underwater bubble rings and learn synchronized choreography to mermaid themed music.

Mermaids will also participate in an underwater treasure hunt and swim through hoops. Each participant will receive an official mermaid name, training certificate, underwater photo/video, and a mermazing gift.

To participate, you must swim independently and be comfortable submerging your head underwater.
