We hate when any small business closes, but we feel especially sad with this one. Delta B**r Lab has been the coolest neighbor of Forward, and we have many a happy memory there. After an event at Forward, we would head over to Delta to share good company with good libations at a cool place. After our first night of classes at Forward, Brendon and I went to Delta to celebrate. It felt like the best place and only place to do that. Thank you for the memories, Delta. Thank you for all you did for the community. Cheers, and until we meet again!

ONE WEEK AWAY! All martial artists welcome each Friday at Forward Thai Boxing for Open Sparring! Starting Friday, October 30 from 6:15pm-8:00pm, we will open the doors to the martial arts community every Friday evening for sparring skill development.

Who should attend: This is an all genders, all levels sparring event for those that train Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, traditional Boxing and other striking martial arts. This can serve those that are training for a specific fight and those that are hoping to continue to develop their sparring skills.
