Grab your triathlon friends and join pro triathlete Jackie Hering for an evening of inspiration and motivation heading into your spring training!

Jackie is a Madison native and currently ranked 14th in the world in middle distance triathlon. She has had some of her best racing coming off training through the Wisconsin winters.

Jackie will do a short talk about training through this time of year and a Q&A session. Plenty of time to visit and check out IAC and maybe even some raffle prizes from her sponsors.

Check out this video showing a head up freestyle drill! This is a drill that pro triathlete Andrew Keily likes to do to get “the feel” and a drill where he can physically see his high elbows.

We show a lot of drills here, but we firmly believe doing drills every time you swim is one of the best ways to improve your technique. Slow down and really feel that mind-body connection when doing a drill.
