Whether you’re a high school or college athlete looking to prepare for your next sports season, or an adult who wants to get into their best shape, G-FIT will help you reach and exceed your goals. At G-FIT your fitness coach is an advisor who will help you map out a fitness program that matches your lifestyle. G-FIT Coaching Programs begin with an initial consultation where clients will take an active role in the design process. Information gathered through a pre-work questionnaire will serve as a starting point for discussion and evaluation. During the consultation, you and your Fitness Coach will collaborate to determine lifestyle needs, preferences and motivations, program expectations, individual goals and objectives and performance tracking standards. These elements will be used to create a fitness coaching program that works for you. After the initial consultation and program delivery, we’ll schedule a series of follow-up meetings to keep you on track and accountable for your progress, adjusting the plan as your needs and goals change. Programs may include workouts with machines, free weights and cardio equipment; attending group classes for motivation; or taking cross-training outdoors to incorporate different sports and games. Coaching programs are offered on a short- or long-term basis including “stand alone” coaching sessions as needed. Consultations and sessions will be held at a location convenient for you
