Strength training gets a whole lot more interesting when the core is doing what it’s supposed to do.
Here, Chris is demonstrating the OHM Run Delta-Kinetic™ Trainer using resistance to challenge stability, posture, control, and upper body strength throughout the movement. Before the pull even starts, the work begins: stable base, glutes engaged, core locked in, then controlled movement through the upper body.
What’s interesting about this style of training is that the resistance continuously challenges the body to stabilize and stay connected throughout the movement. The faster you pull, the more the machine responds — creating a movement challenge that encourages the chest, shoulders, and core to work together from start to finish.
A strong core is not just about abs. It’s about creating stability so the rest of the body can produce force more efficiently and move with better control.
