Strength training gets a whole lot more interesting when the core is doing what it’s supposed to do.

Here, Chris is demonstrating the OHM Run Delta-Kinetic™ Trainer using resistance to challenge stability, posture, control, and upper body strength throughout the movement. Before the pull even starts, the work begins: stable base, glutes engaged, core locked in, then controlled movement through the upper body.

What’s interesting about this style of training is that the resistance continuously challenges the body to stabilize and stay connected throughout the movement. The faster you pull, the more the machine responds — creating a movement challenge that encourages the chest, shoulders, and core to work together from start to finish.

A strong core is not just about abs. It’s about creating stability so the rest of the body can produce force more efficiently and move with better control.

Most people already know they should be working out.

What they’re missing is consistency, accountability, and someone pushing them to do more than they’d do on their own.

That’s where coaching changes things.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people of different ages, fitness levels, and goals — helping them build strength, improve performance, and challenge themselves in ways they didn’t think they could.

No getting lost in a crowded gym.No random workouts.

Just focused training with purpose.

Building strength is a progression.
Each position changes the demand on the body.

The first gives external support so you can find alignment, depth, and leg engagement without worrying about balance.

The second introduces a counterbalance, helping you stay upright controlling the movement yourself, while also challenging your core to stabilize and control the load in front of you.

The third shifts the demand again—less assistance, more coordination, more full-body control, with the added challenge of overhead positioning, shoulder mobility, and increased demand through the trunk to stay stable.

Same movement. Different inputs.
This is how you build a squat that feels strong and controlled—by layering strength, stability, and coordination over time, and matching the variation to what your body is ready to manage right now.

If you’re thinking it’s time for structured guidance and a clear plan, head to the link in our bio to get started.

Most people aren’t struggling because they’re not trying… they’re struggling because they’re guessing.

You walk into a gym, try to piece together a workout, and hope it’s working.

And what often happens:
• You’re not sure what’s right for your body
• You’re putting in the work… but results feel slow or inconsistent
• Nothing feels structured, so it’s hard to stay on track
• You’re putting in effort… but not seeing results

That’s frustrating—and it’s exactly why people stop.

Working with a personal trainer changes that.

At CRAY Fitness, your program isn’t random—it’s designed specifically for you. Your body, your goals, your starting point.

Every session is guided. Every movement has a purpose. Every adjustment is made in real time. And having that built-in accountability keeps you showing up and moving forward.

No crowds. No guesswork. No wasted effort.

Just focused, individualized training that actually gets you moving forward.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start seeing real progress—

At Cray Fitness, this is how it’s taught:Soft knees, tall spine, makes the body feel fine.

It’s simple, but it’s intentional.

Soft knees keep you responsive and ready to move. Instead of locking out the joints, a slight bend allows your muscles to take on more of the load and control, rather than relying primarily on passive structures such as ligaments and the connective tissue around the joint.

A tall spine helps you maintain a neutral, supportive position through the torso, allowing the surrounding muscles to stabilize the spine more effectively under load.

And once that’s set, we “lock it in” — meaning the core is engaged to create stability through the center of the body, which allows the arms and legs to move more efficiently and with better control.

Better positioning → better movement → better results.

When someone is afraid of falling, the body adapts. Movement gets smaller. Slower. More guarded.

But those patterns don’t actually reduce risk—they limit strength, coordination, and confidence.

This is where training needs to shift.

The OHM system allows for controlled movement on your feet—like walking, pushing, pulling, and changing direction—against a set level of resistance, with the added safety of the machine stopping as soon as you stop—so clients can move with more confidence instead of feeling locked into momentum.

In this reel, Chris shows the harness (vest) while explaining the machine, then demonstrates the movement using the bar (bridle setup)—demonstrating how the OHM machine helps people improve balance, regain control, and move with more confidence.

This isn’t just exercise. It’s rebuilding trust in your body.

If you—or someone you know—is holding back from movement because of fear of falling, this is exactly the kind of training that can make a difference.
