Our very own BJ also competed at the Indianapolis open! BJ had a very tough division and managed to place 3rd in the Master 3 Male Blue belt Lightweight division! Good work BJ, we're proud and excited to see where this competition season takes you!

Thank you all who all who made it to our special Intermediate training! Our very own Justin (you can find him in there!) turned 40 recently and his birthday wish was a special class for us to train. We did 10x4min rounds to celebrate! Thank you Justin for helping make our community awesome! We love all you guys! Oss!

Bitter Sweet as we awarded Kaeli her 4th stripe tonight, but we also had to say goodbye. She is changing jobs and leaving town (she already drives an hour to train with us, which we love) but she has to move on. We all love having you here Kaeli and you are going to be missed! Keep training and we will see you around the tournament circuit!
