Instructor Training was a huge success with these Rockstar students! It was my pleasure to work with these amazing souls and I can't wait to see them spread their wings as leaders in the pole world! Congratulations on completing the 14hr. PoleFIT Essentials Instructor Certification Course PoleFIT Revolution Lead by Melia Page

Part by part, piece by piece...we'll work on each element in class and then try to put as many of them together for the final dance! Strength, flexibility and endurance challenges every step of the way. This level 3 class is also a chance to dress the part and work the challenge of heels and spin (Students wear whatever they are comfortable dancing in...heels optional). 🔥💪♥️ PoleFIT Revolution

I spent this week in Vegas Empowerment Summit! PEAK is celebrating 25 years in business and I am proud to say I was there in the beginning. I feel so honored to see so many of my past mentors and instructor from all my certifications and may friends I bonded with from Master Instructor camp.
Pilates has always been a huge part of my fitness journey and I am excited to bring it to in a greater capacity by 2027. Pilates has always been a passion and the underlying foundation of my fitness career. As a Full Comprehensive Certified PEAK PILATES Instructor I look forward to bringing new challenges and new equipment to PoleFITRevolution!🔥💪♥️

Comment PILATES if you enjoy pilates workouts or would like to incorporate more Pilates in your pole and aerial fitness journey.
