We hope everyone is staying warm and enjoyed the snow last week, but the ice can leave now! A new wrap is being designed and if there is enough interest, we will have shirts for sale again this season. We have some returning sponsors as well as a new one coming on board, but there is still some good real estate available on the #2. Knocked out our 2026 body this weekend in our own shop. As customary for Hogtown, it was done with generator power and a kerosene heater🤣. We had fun and the car looks great! Dad really enjoyed using the brake. A few finishing touches, and a scale date with MTR, we'll be ready for the season! After taking last season casually, Mason is read to strap in for the bulk of 2026. We invite any past sponsors, as well as new, to come aboard and support a talented young man chasing his dreams.

Happy Sunday, friends!! Quick update from last night! Being the 1st car out for qualifying, Mason set fast time over the field, until David and Aiden joined the show in the final group, starting him 3rd in the feature. Mason raced hard with David, the 17R, Mac, and James for the 2nd through 5th spots while Aiden took off in his rocket ship. 🚀. He survived a hard charge from James on the last restart with 2 to go, to finish in the 3rd position. There was some serious racing at the top of the field last night, and everyone ran clean and with respect. All top 3 cars went to the barn, and passed tech. Not too shabby for the car being 300lbs heavy and the driver only making a few starts so far this season. Way to go everyone! Got to thank MTR and TDR for the support they give, as well as Frankie for everything he does for Mason.

Well, there goes the transmission for the last time. Qualified 5th and had a solid top 3 or 4 car, until the automatic gave out. We knew that it was a 50/50 shot after the previous race. #2 was hooked up and the driver was on point. Equipment let us down. Time to regroup and come back stronger than before.

Unfortunately Mason will only be in a handful of races this year. A dear family member has needed our constant care which has taken up the majority of our available time to get the car ready. In fact, it hasn't moved since it was parked. It's a shame that this has had to effect Mason in the way it has, and for that we as parents feel helpless and sad for him. Life is not fair, that you can be sure. We will do our best to show up as much as we can, when the situation allows. We are sorry to the fans that were looking forward to seeing Mason take on the Pure Stock class, but know for sure it's not the very end, just a bump in the road of life. We will see you when we see you.
