21st Century living and poor posture
is a driver for something like this. For example, a
person will sit for 45 minutes on the way to work,
slouched over in a car with a head forward in
thoracic flexion and the shoulder blades protracted,
only to transition into the office to assume the exact
same posture at a computer, perhaps with a phone
at the neck jammed into the shoulder.
Think about what kind of training you need versus what kind of training your ego wants.
