One of the things I love most about teaching at Madeira Beach City Center is that you never know what the day might bring. A beautiful sunrise, a cool breeze, amazing people, or even dolphins swimming by!

Cardio drumming is already fun… but add this view and a little beach magic, and it’s pretty hard to beat. 🥁✨

We’re so excited to introduce a NEW Tuesday morning cardio drumming class led by our wonderful Temme! 💚🥁

Many of you already know and love Temme as a longtime drummer and familiar face in our classes. Now she’s stepping into a new role and bringing her energy, kindness, and love of drumming to Tuesday mornings!
