We had a few DAWGS out on the streets this morning putting in work at the Labor Day Road Race!💥 Several PRs were set, plenty of smiles were shared, and the PACK showed up strong.

Huge thank you to Ashah for leading the crew while I held things down at the gym so others could still train today.

Once again proof we’re more than just a gym. We’re a PACK of DAWGS. Proud of the hard work y’all put in every day, and it’s awesome to see the fruits of your labor pay off out on the course.

Guess who’s FIVE?
If there was ever a song that fit her, this would be it. She’s 100% my Backseat Driver.
I wish I could be more like her—her infectious personality, fearless desire to be different, and pure love for life are just awesome. Some days I think I’m too old for this, but on days like today, I can’t imagine life without her. She keeps teaching me more about myself, about joy, and about what really matters.

Looks like you learned birthday season skills from the moms at the gym you grew up around those first 4 years! We love you so much!!!

Big congrats to Drew on signing with Georgia Military College to play golf!
We’re proud of the young man and athlete he’s become, and it’s been an honor to be part of his journey. His discipline in the gym and on the course has earned him this opportunity, and we know he's going to do great things at the next level.
