The deadline to submit bids to host the 2027 Missouri NFAA State Indoor Championship is quickly approaching!

Bids close September 15th.

If your Missouri archery club or pro shop has a range capable of hosting a state indoor championship and you’re interested in bringing this event to your facility, there’s still time to submit a bid.

We’d love to see Missouri clubs and shops step up for the opportunity to host one of AMA’s biggest indoor events of the year.

Last weekend NFAA concluded their outdoor season with the Dakota Classic and Outdoor Target Nationals. AMA was represented well!!

🏹 2027 MISSOURI NFAA STATE INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIP — HOST BIDS OPENING SOON!

The Alliance of Missouri Archers (AMA) is excited to announce that we will be accepting bids to host the 2027 Missouri NFAA State Indoor Championship!

If you are a Missouri archery club or pro shop with a range large enough to host a state championship, we’d love to hear from you.

📅 Bid Period: September 1–15, 2026

📧 To receive a bid form, please email Michael Baker at [email protected]. The completed bid form must be returned during the bidding period.

A little late in posting, but here are the pictures from the NFAA Field Nationals in Yankton, SD. The weather was excruciating on Saturday, 125 heat indices and absolutely no wind whatsoever!

Congratulations to Bill Meyers (2nd place )and Ellen Rice (3rd place) for their podium finishes.

Special congratulations to Tom Hood for his first ever win in the silver senior class. Not sure which one of us was more misty-eyed.

Lesson learned, don’t let Steve Johnson take the group picture at dinner… Mexican food is the Missouri contingents tradition for Saturday evening. We were only missing Braxton Horton who thought fishing in the heat was more fun????
