Many of you know Dewayne Tinsley, likely by his Regymen on-screen name, Green Eggs and Ham! We have seen his thousand calorie days and his dedication to Regymen! Dewayne has been hospitalized with blood clots in both legs. The doctors are not sure of the cause, but it’s become serious. Today Dewayne had a bone marrow biopsy. Dewayne has not been able to walk or stand and is facing quite a lot of medical expenses, we would like to offer up a way for our members to easily give to help him at this critical time. Thank you so much for all the love you can show to Dewayne! We are praying for him and hoping for some answers and a speedy recovery.

Congratulations to our two new Disruptors! Will Scott and Greg McPipkin have both attended at least 12 classes within their first month, which consisted of all three workouts (Burn, Box and Build). These two both have become regulars in the 5 AM class and will be hitting 50 in no time! Keep up the good work and welcome to the REGYMEN family!
