Some days are just not our days and that’s how baseball goes.

These Heat boys wrapped up their spring season today in their last tournament as 9 year olds. 🫣 Although it wasn’t the outcome we hoped for, Man what a season these boys had! The growth, dedication, determination, grit and fight each one of them put in was incredible. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Taking some time off to enjoy the summer, but these Heat boys will be back in the fall to battle all over again!

That’s a wrap on pool play today, earning the #3 seed for a 10:00am bracket game.

Congratulations to #10 Carter for hitting his 3rd bomb of the season today in game 1!

Not the outcome we were hoping for today and came up short in our bracket game this morning losing by 1.
Overall it was a good weekend of work for the boys. Playing 3 nationally ranked major teams, losing by 2 in the 1st game, winning the 2nd and losing by 1 in today’s game proves that these boys CAN do it.
More hard work and learning on the horizon for these boys.

Wow!! These boys never cease to amaze us.

After the 1st game of the day, we won the 2nd pool game securing the #1 seed. The boys started off a little rocky in the Championship game against the Ball street Blue Jays. But battled back to a 4-3 Win to bring home the Championship bling!

Our team wouldn’t be the team we are without the love and support of our Heat Moms, always keeping emotions in check, endless snack and drink suppliers, keeping the boys in style with all of their drip and most of all keeping it all together and cheering for our boys! This one is for you Moms!

Game 1 this morning, #10 Carter hit a bomb 3run homerun!

Carter and Brantley both pitch a no hitter in that game too!
