My Pink Physique Community and Friends,
After more than 17 years of building The Pink Physique Women's Personal Training Studio, I have made the decision to announce my retirement on my 50th Birthday from the day-to-day operation of the business and move into my next chapter. I will be stepping away at the end of October 2026.
I'm sharing this with my entire community because I'm now exploring who might be the right person to carry The Pink Physique into its next chapter.
After 17 years of building this business, I want to find someone who sees the opportunity in what has already been created and has the vision to make it their own.
And I'm excited about what that could mean for its future.

When The Pink Physique opened in 2009, I had no idea what it would eventually become.
More than 17 years later, it is an established women's personal training business with:

• A proven training model
• A community of women who value strength, health and connection
The difficult part of starting a fitness business—building the foundation—has already been done.
The next owner will have the opportunity to take that foundation and build upon it in their own way.
