Due to the severe weather forecasted for our area and the active tornado warnings in place, we have made the decision to cancel all classed and practices for this evening.

The safety of our athletes, families, and staff is our top priority. WE do not want anyone traveling on the roads during potentially dangerous weather conditions.

Stunting drills are essential in cheerleading because they isolate specific mechanics like weight distribution, grip placement, and flyer body control. Practicing these repetitive exercises builds muscle memory, increases stunt-saving stability under tension, and drastically reduces the risk of injury.
