What is a Clean Queen?
A "clean queen” is -"a nickname for a cheerleader who is really good at hitting and holding a clean position—standing tall with feet together, arms tight at their sides, and strong posture.
“Clean” means your body is in the proper, sharp starting/ending position. So calling someone a clean queen is basically a compliment meaning they’re really sharp and precise with their motions and positions. 👑📣

Happy Labor Day!

Just a quick reminder that Mackinaw Performance Athletics and Storm Elite are CLOSED today in observance of Labor Day. There will be no classes or team practices today.

All regularly scheduled classes and practices will resume tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8th.
