🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ RUN CLUB TOMORROW! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We're excited to see some new faces this week!

📍 Location: The Sunrise Trail across from Pat's Pizza
🚗 Parking: Please park on the d**e side of the paved lot across the street so we don't take up parking spaces for local businesses.
⏰ Time: 6:00 PM

⏱️ Run/Walk: 30 minutes
• 15 minutes out, 15 minutes back
• Most runners will cover about 2–3 miles
• Walkers and runners of all levels are welcome!

🍦 Optional Social Time After
Stick around for a smoothie or ice cream and some time to connect with others. If you can't stay afterward, no worries!

Pat's Pizza Machias has offered Run Club participants 20% off a treat of their choice. We're grateful for their support and excited to have a place to gather after our run.

Tonight is our first night of Run Club! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We'll kick things off on the Sunrise Trail and then stick around for smoothies, ice cream, and some time to connect afterward!

🚶 Walkers are welcome!
• 1.5-mile turnaround: Broadway
• 3.5-mile turnaround: Main St. across from Munson Pitch Rd.

Our goal is for everyone to finish around the same time. Walkers can stick to the 1.5-mile route while runners can choose the 3.5-mile option, or simply run 15-20 minutes out and 15-20 minutes back.

We'll run straight to Pat's Pizza Machias for a sweet treat!

Our functional training room is where we leave space for you to do your own style of circuit training whether it includes boxes, lunges, jump roping, stretching, and more! We are loving the new mirrors!

WHAT A DAY!!! ☀️ If you’ve ever been a part of a race you know the race day excitement and fun is just contagious. It was so cool to be behind the table this time. We’re so thankful for everyone who participated in the very first Hope for Life 5K- sponsors, raffle givers, volunteers, runners, walkers, cheerleaders, and those who shared about the event!

Praising God for a great race, great weather, safety, and over $1500 raised for Hope for Life Pregnancy Center! We love our community and are so excited for this new resource to be available. Hope for Life is having an Open House on June 6th from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM! They are located at 968 Cutler Road in Machiasport.

🏃🏃‍♀️ We just marked the course for tomorrow and it was BEAUTIFUL out there! ☀️ The trails were great, the sun was out, and the wind was nice. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. Register online or sign up in person tomorrow!

Parking 🅿️
You can park at Machias Fitness, around the old Town Office, or the dirt area near the trails.

Bathrooms 🚽
The porta potty near the race start is NOT ours. We have two bathrooms available at Machias Fitness.

Water 💧
There will be two water stations, one at the 1 mile turn around and 1 at the 5K turn around.

Stick around for FREE lunch for runners, walkers, friends, and family to celebrate the day!
