All services are required to be prepaid and can be credited if cancelling 24 hours in advance -- payment can be accepted via FB pay, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.

Reiki, EFT/TFT, Aromatherapy, Stretching, & Crystal work can be added with any Reflexology session, or of course be provided on their own.

My rates for Reflex will be as follows:
*travel service subject to $10+ fuel surcharge depending on distance - fee waived for group bookings*

60 min service - $65
90 min service - $75
120 min service - $110

If adding on use of hot stones, bamboo sticks, anti-fungal treatment, or custom oil blends like lymphatic blends or CBD pain relief cream there may be a $5-10 upcharge by discretion.

Toenail clipping/filing can be added on for $8 -- FREE for seniors 65+

One of my FASTEST manifesting tips is to start your day with ease.

Before the pressures of today get to you, before your brain starts running wild - carve out time for your senses.

If you can intentionally devote to a sensory component - individually is fine - but exponentially grow the sensations by combining them - you will release lower aspect energies and emotions and invite in uplifting energies and emotions.

T O U C H 🖐
Hot water of the bath with Epsom salts to release physical tension and soften skin.

S M E L L 👃
Essential oils Bergamot to relax and release and Lime to recharge and energize.

S I G H T 👀
Dimming the lights to support a relaxing environment or even closing your eyes for a few moments in the bath.

S O U N D 🎶
Make yourself a Healing Playlist or a Morning Ritual Dance list - whatever it is that supports movement of energy.

T A S T E 🤤
Start with a small breakfast even if you're not a "morning eater". Fruits are amazing little bursts of sensory heaven and are packed with different vitamins your body will use throughout the day. Flavor your coffee as a treat. Put lemon in your water.

DO SOMETHING to hit each component of your senses. ✨️

Of course life is much more than staying for other people. But sometimes it is the one thing you can hold on to until you can find help and peace for yourself.

Always remember.

There will be amazing days.
There will be crushing days.
There will be days that go fast.
And there will be days that drag.

The days are days in our existence and we make them just that.

Your feelings matter.
Your peace matters.

Being raised in a society that teaches us to hide our problems or wrongs - whether done by us or to us or around us.

Until we learn to accept eachother for our uniqueness... until we can create that safe space to share how we made it this way or that or what we are all going through without fear of repercussions of someone else's judgement of something they just know nothing about.

Your impact goes much further than you realize. And you can challenge others to show you that if you're needing it.

POWERFUL 💓💪

A violinist played for 45 minutes in the New York subway. A handful of people stopped, a couple clapped, and the violinist raised about $30 in tips.

No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the best musicians in the world. In that subway, Joshua played one of the most intricate pieces ever written with a violin worth 3.5 million dollars.

Two days before he played in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out a Boston theatre, and the seats averaged about $100.

The experiment proved that the extraordinary in an ordinary environment does not shine and is so often overlooked and undervalued.

There are brilliantly talented people everywhere who aren’t receiving the recognition and reward they deserve. But once they arm themselves with value and confidence and remove themselves from an environment that isn’t serving them, they thrive and grow.

Your gut is telling you something. Listen to it if it’s telling you where you are isn’t enough!
