The Jr. Hill Boys was built around a simple idea: young athletes need more than just more games.

There is absolutely a place for competition, but real growth comes when athletes have the opportunity to slow things down, train with purpose, understand why things happen on the field, and learn how to make adjustments as they go. That is what these 30 days are all about.

Our athletes train, compete, receive in game coaching, and experience the same development focused environment that helped shape the Original Hill Boys. The goal is to send every player home with a better understanding of the game and the tools to keep getting better long after the program ends.

Nominations for the 2026 Jr. Hill Boys close TOMORROW, August 12. Know an athlete ages 9 to 14 who is ready to work? Nominate them today through the link in our bio.
