The highlight is easy to post.

The process is a different story.

What you see on the surface is the pro card, the gym, the momentum.

What you don’t see is everything that had to happen behind the scenes to make it real.

Let me be real with you.

Every summer, the same thing happens. Women who were crushing it... stop.

Not because they gave up. Not because they stopped caring. Because nobody built them a system for real life.

For the schedule change. For the kids being home. For the days when motivation runs out, and nothing is holding you in place.

That’s not a discipline problem.

That’s a structure problem.

The expeditors are the unsung heroes backstage. No spotlight. No applause. Just pure dedication to making sure every athlete is exactly where they need to be.

I only got a photo with Mallory but this shoutout is for both of them(Seth & Mallory). They kept me grounded, and locked in. I’m grateful for that.

Looking back at this photo now standing on that stage, trophies lined up. It feels like a different chapter.

Because it was.

That version of me was laser focused. No distractions.

No outside noise. Just the goal.

And now?

The goal got bigger.

New responsibilities. New ownership.

New levels of pressure and purpose at the same time.

But every single thing I learned preparing for that stage (the discipline, the consistency, the ability to stay locked in when life gets loud)I carry all of it into what we’re building now.

The stage made me a better coach.

The coaching made me a better businessman.

And the business is making me a better father.

It all connects. 🙏🏾

The Evolve Project completing its first 8 weeks.

A wife’s birthday.

A family to show up for.
All of it happening at once.

All of it requiring full attention.

That’s what real life looks like when you’re building something.

It’s not always pretty.
