Golf Development Program Update

The Junior Golf Academy Development Program continues to be one of the great success stories at Pinnacle. We have hosted three events so far this year, all of which reached full capacity, with three additional events already scheduled. Be sure to check the Clubster Calendar for upcoming 3 camps, as spots are filling quickly.

We anticipate serving more than 80 junior golfers this year, continuing a tradition of developing young players both on and off the course. Already, two of our juniors have advanced to play collegiate golf, with many more showing the potential to follow in their footsteps.

Over the years, the Pinnacle Junior Golf Academy has produced an impressive record of achievement:

1 NY Met Amateur Champion
34 Collegiate Golfers
3 State Champions
63 State Championship Participants

Our Ladies Player Development Program is also experiencing tremendous growth. With 25 classes scheduled for 2026, we have seen several women who had never previously played golf now participating in Couples Scrambles and competing in East Texas Women’s Golf Association events. Watching these players gain confidence and enjoyment through the game has been incredibly rewarding.

The continued growth of golf at Pinnacle is evident, and our player development programs play a vital role in both membership retention and membership growth. By creating opportunities for golfers of all ages and skill levels to learn and improve, we are helping build a stronger and more vibrant club community.

A special thank you to Sean Adams and the entire Academy staff for their dedication, passion, and commitment to growing the game of golf at Pinnacle. Their hard work continues to make a lasting impact on our members and future generations of golfers.
