Most people drive away from storms… but not SD Baseball families! 😎🌊

Today we officially kick off our Galveston weekend as we roll into town and head straight into the tropical weather for the start of the Skills Competition! It has held off wonderfully so let hope it stays gone😜

Our athletes will be competing in:
⚾ Around the Horn
⚡ Speed Race
💣 Home Run Derby

And let’s be honest… we’re all waiting to see which baseball mom takes home the bragging rights in the special moms competition! 😂

⚾🌊 SKILLS COMPETITION IS UP NEXT! 🌊⚾

The wait is over! Thursday officially kicks off The Brawl at the Seawall, and our athletes will be showing off their talents in the Skills Competition before tournament play gets underway.

Stay tuned throughout the day as we bring you updates on where our players place in:

💣 Home Run Derby

And this year, there’s a SPECIAL competition for our baseball moms during the Home Run Derby! 👀⚾💪 We can’t wait to see who steps up and claims those bragging rights!

The fun doesn’t stop there. Pool play also begins Thursday for a couple of our teams.
💙 Good luck to our SD Bolts 12U and SD Bolts 14U as they kick off tournament play and represent SD Baseball on the island!

The countdown is over, the bags are packed, and our SD Baseball families are headed to Galveston for The Brawl at the Seawall Tournament!

We’re looking forward to a week full of great baseball, unforgettable memories, beachside fun, and plenty of competition. These athletes have worked hard all season, and we can’t wait to watch them take the field and represent our organization.

11U SD Chargers showed up to play today going 2-0 in Mesquite and securing the #2 seed! Out scored their opponents 25-8! Will face off tomorrow at 10:00 against the MBC Aces. Great job boys! Good luck tomorrow!
