For the past month, I’ve been quietly building something new. 🖤

A program designed to bring together strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, mobility, and intentional recovery — all while helping you build consistency and create a routine you can actually stick with.

The planning phase is done.
The workouts are built.
And now… I’m officially entering the testing phase. 👀

Today’s little glimpse: Week 1 • Day 2

Now I’m putting myself through the entire program — testing the workouts, timing, intensity, progression, and overall experience before I ask anyone else to.

This isn’t about being a Pilates girl or a gym girl.

It’s about getting stronger. Moving better. Showing up for yourself. And finding a way of training that feels sustainable.

Still testing. Still refining. Still behind the scenes.

But we’re getting closer. 🌙🖤
