Hi, I'm Leann, founder of The Inner Ritual Co. 🌿

My journey in fitness began in 2017 when I started teaching Pilates. What started as a passion for movement grew into opportunities to teach group fitness, Zumba, and Silver Sneakers before leading a variety of classes with the City of San Antonio, including aquatic fitness, kickboxing, and Pilates.

Through every class, I've learned that wellness isn't about perfection—it's about creating meaningful rituals that support a healthier, more balanced life.

The Inner Ritual Co. was born from my desire to bring movement, wellness, and community together. My passion is helping others discover forms of exercise they enjoy, build confidence in their bodies, and create sustainable habits that support their overall well-being.

Whether you're joining your first class or continuing your wellness journey, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you can move with intention, connect with others, and invest in yourself.

Because wellness isn't just what we do—it's the rituals we create along the way. ✨
