Before someone undervalues the 2nd Amendment they should consider, the only reason they have the choices they have is because in 1776 some civilian with a gun, stood up and shot someone who was wearing a red cross on a white field, because they thought it was the right thing to do.
If the shot that was heard around the world had never been fired, how likely is it that these politicians would hold the positions that they hold and live the lifestyle that they live?
We all benefit from the opportunities that our Republic has provided, some more than others.We should all strive to protect the Constitution and its Amendments, but especially the Bill of Rights, our foundation, from those who would seek to redefine it. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are among the most perfectly drafted documents in the history of mankind.
Those who seek to redefine it, or redefine the words in it should never be put in a position to defend it. Who we elect to protect it is our choice.
If someone thinks they are serving you, by their position in elected office and they are collecting and retaining income derived from that service, are they serving you or themselves?
Have all those who've taken actions and passed laws to weaken the 2nd Amendment actually stopped anything at all, or done anything to protect us and our Nation?

Quite frankly, Harris has one of the most anti-Second Amendment track records we have ever seen for a person on a major party’s presidential ticket. She will be a heartbeat away from the presidency should Joe Biden win. Second Amendment supporters should cast their votes accordingly.

That's the way it seems to work here, career criminals are beyond redemption so there is no need to incarcerate them.
Hold the law-abiding citizens responsible for misdeeds of someone intend on being a criminal.
Hey folks wake up we have an election coming up, we can hire people who don't want to make fi****ms owners into criminals, and send those who do packing.
Just because you might own a firearm shouldn't make you a criminal. Our entire legal system was based on the unique premise that you are innocent until proven guilty. But the laws that are being passed today infer a presumption guilt.
This is a fundamental indictment of our Bill of Rights.
Look at your State legislators voting record, is he acting on be half of you?

When Chappell-Hersh was located by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers, he had a G***k 30S (a .45 caliber semi-automatic firearm) with a 26-round extended magazine on his person.

Is there anybody who thinks this is a good idea?
It will increase the cost of visiting the range at least 3 fold.
It will limit the fi****ms you can shoot, lead-free ammo is not available in all calibers.
Will it actually do anything to make you safer? The next time you have blood drawn as the MD to request a Blood Lead Level test, if it's elevated review what you do during your daily activities, it's probably not from visiting the range.
If you want this nonsense to come to an end, review what political party these lawmakers belong to and don't vote that way. Of course they are also subject to recall as well.
If your local Rep isn't representing your wishes fire them and hire someone who will. It's called a recall.

In the meantime, write your local Rep and congressman and ask them to vote against AB 3071.

12 27 2019 REPORTS FROM THE RANGE
Due to the excessive snow on the range the OPEN HOUSE/WORKSHOP will be postpone to a later date, and the range will be close Saturday Dec 28.
We will evaluate the facility Saturday afternoon for a Sunday opening, and have it posted here, either way.
We are watching the long term weather forecast, and will open everyday we can, regardless of the forecast.
The snow usually melts off pretty fast when the sun comes out or it rains.
