For reasons all of us can understand by now, we have to make the incredibly tough decision to cancel both Burning Can Fest at the Lyons Outdoor Games and the North Carolina Burning CAN Colorado in 2020. Current ticket holders will receive a full refund.

‘Bummed’ really doesn’t begin to explain how we feel about delivering this news to you. Burning Can Fest at the Lyons Outdoor Games is by far our favorite weekend of the year. That may seem like a simple thing to say, but we have a helluva lot of good weekends around here. Beer, music, bikes, running, dogs, camping, friends all in one place? BC@LOG has it all.

We’re already scheming about 2021. Big things are ahead. Stay tuned.

We hope you are all hanging in there during this crazy time in our world.

We wanted to let you know that we are rescheduling the 2020 Burning Can Fest at the Lyons Outdoor Games. We feel that this is right decision to protect you, our breweries, vendors, and staff considering the COVID-19 impact on our community.

The new date is September 5th.

This is Labor Day weekend and we hope that this will be a date where we can call come together once again as a community as life gets back to normal. The event will still include the full program including the beer fest, adventure sports, concert with Rayland Baxter, and camping.

Your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date and there is nothing you need to do. If you cannot attend the new date, please respond to this email and we will provide your options.

What a weekend! The Colorado Burning Can Fest at the Lyons Outdoor Games presented by LYONS, CO and Oskar Blues Brewery was a BLAST! Thanks for everybody that came out for the Rocky Mountain revelry in Lyons, Colorado! Bikes, beers, kids, dogs, sweat, smiles, and great music. .

Due to the high level of snow pack in the mountains, there is not enough flow in the river to host the River Rat whitewater race this year. Sorry folks!
The creek race and freestyle contest are currently still on. More details here:

Lyons Whitewater events at the Lyons Outdoor Games in Lyons, Colorado. Class V+ creek race, freestyle competitions, and slalom race. Family friendly, amazing whitewater for all levels.
