Varsity Boys come away with another win 52-48 in Jeff Davis to move to 10-4 on the year. Dawgs led by as many as 13 in the second half, some big free throws by Deon Moore with under a minute to play helped secured the Boys 4 point win. We will be back in action on Tuesday as we host Swainsboro. JV boys be at 4:15, Varsity Girls at 6 and Varsity Boys at 7:30.

Dogs bring in 2026 with a blowout win 65-34 over region opponent Woodville-Thompkins, bringing our record to 9-4 on the season. Dogs were in control for the majority of the game and taking a 7 point lead at halftime and blowing it open in the second half. We will be back in action tomorrow as well travel to Jeff Davis. JV girls will tip off at 12:30, JV Boys at 2, Varsity Girls at 3:30 and Varsity Boys at 5.

Dogs secure another win over Tattnall County 53-43 to move to 8-2 on the season. Dogs led 14-8 after the 1st quarter and had a sluggish 2nd quarter and found themselves trailing 26-25 at halftime. Dogs bounced back after halftime and led 38-34 going into the 4th quarter. We received a huge contribution from Junior Amari Eason who scored 11 of his game-high 19 points in the fourth quarter. Dogs will be in action on December 26th in Vidalia against Burke County at 2:00 pm.

Toombs Basketball completes the sweep on the day in Montgomery County. JV started the day with a 46-43 win in their first action of the year. Then after the girls got another big win in their game, our varsity boys took the floor. We received a big spark defensively from senior Qwan Monroe who led us with 5 steals tonight. Boys took a 6 point lead into halftime 29-23 and then stretched it to 15 points by the end of the game 60-45. Dogs will be in action tomorrow at HOME as we host Tattnall County. JV starting at 4:15, girls will follow at 6, and Varsity Boys will be at 7:30. Before the boys game starts, We will recognize our Senior Forward Parker Stanley as he collected his 500th rebound last week on Saturday against Southeast Bulloch. We are super proud of Parker and his accomplishment.

Dogs played back to back days and split the games this weekend. Dogs dropped a region game on Friday to Savannah Country Day 57-54. Thru bounced back on Saturday with a win against Southeast Bulloch 50-41. We will be back in action on Thursday as we travel to Montgomery County.
