We believe the best form of self defense is a solid base in all ranges of MMA accompanied by the foul tactics not aloud in sanctioned sports. Generally traditional martial artists criticize MMA for not practicing these dirty tactics and the MMA community criticizes traditional martial arts for relying on them to heavily. We believe both sides have great value and flow seamlessly together.
