excessive swing we proceed unabated? What gives? Are we
in need of additional, more "qualified", kettlebell
instruction?”

Linda madness at LCF this morning! Fitness was had!

Saturday morning class is always a lot of fun. It’s sort of like the weekly family reunion of the gym. Members who occupy the same space multiple times a week but just miss each other by a couple hours get to meet new friends or catch up on life with old friends. And, of course, get a great workout. is big on community. Don’t believe it? Come check out a Saturday morning class and you’ll be convinced.

Hey guys!! The gym will be closed at noon today to reopen WEDNESDAY morning. We will have to postpone the Friendly Fifth of February 😞 Thanks for letting your friends know, but we’ll reschedule and have another open house day soon enough, alliteration be damned!

Evening classes tonight are cancelled, and Tuesday February 5th the gym will be closed. Stay home, enjoy your kids, stay on the challenge, Carrie will be posted a waffle recipe that’s legit, and the home workouts are on the website! Post your videos to FB and IG!

Hey guys I got it set up! Tuesday the 16th starting at 6:00am, the truck will be here to do the scans!! I’ll start a sign up on the board in the gym, first come first reserved (see what I did there) for the time slot. The cost is $45, I would like to do this ideally twice a year, once now, and then again in July to see your progress in three critical areas, BodyFat (lower is better) Muscle Mass (higher is better) and bone density (denser is better). Nutrition and Training play huge roles in both of these areas, and as your fitness increases, these numbers should markedly improve. It’s fun to get “Dr. PR’s” too though!!

They’ll be here from 6:00-11am Tuesday the 16th.
