Sleeper Jiu Jitsu Sleeper Jiu Jitsu is a team of people striving to improve themselves through martial arts. Our team is led by Cindy "Sleeper" Hales.

We focus on the core concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), submission grappling (no gi), wrestling and judo Sleeper Jiu Jitsu, located in Lynnwood, WA, offers classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Grappling, and Self Defense for children and adults. Our mission is to provide world class martial arts instruction in a safe, family friendly environment focused on personal growth and community.

Cindy is a 3rd degree Black Belt, 2x IBJJF Master World Champion, IBJJF Pan American Champion, a pioneer of Women's BJJ and MMA and named to the BJJ Dirty Dozen list. On top of her competition resume, Cindy has over 15 years of teaching experience and an ability to present highly technical instruction in an engaging and clear manner to people of all skill levels and backgrounds.
