Hellow everyone!!
How’s everyone?
Me Mary Dejesus is trying to get back in the ZUMBA wagon. ( I let life get in the way) I had follen out since 2019 and just realized I need zumba back in my life.
I’ve been pushing my self to do a little every day of last week and I think I’ve done fabulous
1️⃣took a zoom class
2️⃣ have been doing 15 min mini dance sessions in an app
3️⃣attended 2 live classes
4️⃣made me a schedule of classes I want to attend next week.
5️⃣Made healthier eating plans.
I am so appreciative for friends zumba instructors
And a few of my past zumba students
they have been cheering and showing me that I can.

And to everyone who will walk by my side in this journey.
