Michelle Farrell Coaching High Quality Fitness and Nutrition Coaching Minus the Diet culture B.S. I work with folks worldwide online and in person in my garage gym in Lynn, Ma.

I support folks getting strong(er), simplifying their food, embracing their bodies & thriving in all stages of life via size and weight inclusive strength training programs and a non-diet approach to nutrition. I particularly love working with folks who are beginners to strength training and being witness to them lifting heavy things that they never thought was actually something they could do. I

aim to create to a welcoming and inclusive space for all bodies and humans to be able to comfortably explore movement (mostly strength training with dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells). My fitness and nutrition spaces are LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed and size inclusive.

“No pride for some of us, without liberation for all of us”
~Marsha P. Johnson

As we enter pride month, don’t forget that there are currently 700+ federal and state level active bills and policies targeting our LGBTQIA+ community.

Community-based organizations and research institutions are experiencing funding cuts.

Athletes are being banned from participating in sports across all levels.

Pide is a day of lifting, love, community, and pride, which is more important now than ever.

Lift for Pride is also a fundraising event, supporting two powerful yet smaller BIPOC trans-led community organizations:

1. The Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition (MTPC), an advocacy, education, and community leadership organization that works to ensure the well-being, safety, and lived equity of all trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive community members in Massachusetts

2. Trans Resistance, a transgender advocacy organization located in Boston, MA. We promote the safety, joy, and liberation of Trans, Q***r, Black, and Indigenous People of Color (TQBIPOC) and host an annual March & Festival in June that honors the authentic origins of Pride.

We invite you to join us on June 13th at for a morning of sport, community, love and pride while providing support to and

Link to lift, volunteer, and/or donate in bio.

Share widely and can’t wait to see to June 13th!
