My Sis completely caught me off guard when she sent me this comparison. The one in the middle is me today. To see the other two photos completely blew my mind.

Sometimes we are harder on ourselves then we realize. Being on any journey has it’s highs and lows but being on this weightloss journey is a constant battle with yourself, mentally and emotionally.

I just want to thank everyone that has supported me, has joined me or has felt inspired by me. I continue this journey for every single one of you but more than ever for ME 💪🏽❤️

Surround yourself with people that build you up and remind you how far you have come because we so often forget how the journey began🙌🏼
