If you knew Coach Comfort, then you knew he was truly one of a kind.

He cared deeply about the game of hockey—but even more about the players he coached. To be a great high school hockey coach, you have to be more than just knowledgeable about the game. You have to be a mentor, a teacher, and someone your players know genuinely has their back. Coach Comfort was all of that and more.

He built relationships, demanded the best, and left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege to play for him or coach alongside him. His passion for the game and for the Lynn hockey community was unmatched.

His legacy will live on in every player he helped shape, every lesson he taught, and every life he touched.

Rest easy, Coach. You will never be forgotten.
